11th Weigh in

Hiya everyone,,,

Well I was sure I wouldnt lose this week because I am totm again and quite bloated, but have managed another 2lb so am happy!!!

Wis it was more but hey.... that means I am now on day 71 and have gone over my half way point!!! 39lbs lost, 37lb to go!! that is really exciting!

I have also done fairly well on my inch loss with about 6.5 off my bust and about 7" off my waist, and 6.5" off my hips... thats from memory so will look it up later and might ammend it...

So am definitely keeping my water up this week and am hoping for some good weeks from now on in....

I have to do my 810 week after the coming week, but for this week remaining 100% ss!!

Am going to start doing some toning now to try and alleviate some of the flab!!

Well done Tilly:) I managed to at least lose 1 1/2lb on my 810 week, which is better than nothing. Hoping for a good loss next week now, before totm rears it's ugly head for the second time this month!

well done sparkles, I have my 810 week next week, but I might ask if i can wait a week because although I am in my 13th week next week it in really is just over 12 weeks because i have had some short weeks.
You are doing fab... and are so close to half way too!!

Well done Tilly. I am always interested in your losses becasue we started at the same time. My 11th weigh in is on Wednesday. I don't think I've lost anything :(.

My losses have been less than yours but then again, I have only been about 95% and not 100% like you lol. So, good luck and not long to go for us. I plan to stay on SS until 9th July then come back from my hols and start again.

Fab losses - well done x

well done Mia, you are doing well....
I worked out yesterday that I am actually still in my 11 th week if you count days (not 12th as I thought - I have had a few 'short' weeks along the way), as yesterday I was on 71st day. so I am more pleased now as I think thst means i dont have to do my 810 week till week after next instead of next week...
am going to start some light toning exercises today, maybe some swimming because I am getting so saggy, its not a pretty sight with clothes off!
