1200 kcl result

Hi everyone had my first weigh in yesterday after doing 1200 kcal plan and I lost 6 lbs. I am delighted as I was not too keen to start at this plan but as I was waiting on my doctor to give me the go ahead to SS, which I got. So on with the SS I go, roll on next week.
