I'm on the 1000 plan currently and as of tomorrow am going down to the 810 plan.
100% on cd for the next 14 days to hopefully take me to target of 9st 7lbs
(I won't motion the F word part of 810) I'm just logging my cd shakes/bars to keep me on the straight n narrow x
Shopping in London today and have a bar at the ready! Was looking at photos of me in April last night and I was huge! Actually the biggest I've ever been. I started cd in June and it's been the best thing I've ever done! 7 months later, I look completely different! I love CD
