Let me know what you want, I'm happy to try and personalise them colour wise or wording if required as much as I can. Mine seems to be helping me when it comes to reaching out to naughty things - I see it on my arm (just a simple fishtale one with no beads) and it reminds me what I'm doing and why. It's a silly thing but it's definitely helping focus me at weak times.

One little thing though: If there's loads of people after one, I may have to ask for a little bit towards P&P as otherwise it may end up a bit expensive to send all out - will have to see how many there are :)

I don't live in the UK, but my sisters in-laws live there and obviously work colleagues from there. As soon as I find out that someone is travelling to or from there I am going to PM you to book mine in (think my boss goes home in the beginning of July??). I will be looking for an IMITT one :D.

It's been a while since I have been on minis properly. How are you doing? How is the weight loss and eating eating going?

Um, they seem to be the same size - but you adjust them to do different more advanced patterns (haven't had a go yet tbh but some are gorgeous!)

I don't mind at all lovely :D The chain and fishtales are the easiest. TBH I find the fishtale the easiest if I'm honest as it's over itself with no linking.

I'm not doing too bad ta, it is still coming off so v happy! Had to up the calories a few weeks back to keep it moving and it's kicked right back in again.

Thank you love :) Tbh I'm not really taking it every day, I tend to have one with an evening meal if it's 'naughty' (ie - if i've had bread and butter, have chicken with sauces on (like the chargrills etc) so its a way of stopping myself overindulging further. It's more a psychological thing imo.


I have taken it before, my SIL is a GP and she was the first person who mentioned it and told me to ask my dr which i did. It worked - I lost 5st through it and healthy eating (ie mostly following the orlistat rules in EVERYTHING I ate) but I found that it left me a bit messed up once I weened myself off it tummy wise for about 4 months afterwards (though that necessarily wasn't just the orlistat) so I don't want to start using it for every meal again, not least because I'm also using slimfast at the moment though again not religiously. This past fortnight I've had 8 shakes instead of a possible 28. The only thing I am doing every single day is calorie counting and it's working for me more than any other diet ever has!

Sod's law, saw a voucher in my local paper for cinema tickets 2 for 1 at the local cinema. Thought we'd got lucky (MBB's film out on 27th :D :D) but typically it runs out on the 26th! Bah!

It's a good deal though, I'd use it if we lived nearer and it didn't take a taxi to get to the cinema as that really rocks up the price (tis about 5 miles away)

Ah well, still looking forward to it! :D (the big test is if I can get away without having a Big Mac as McDonalds is on the same carpark (I LOOOOOOVE Big Macs but I avoid them unless I'm at the cinema (all of twice a year) Will have to spend up in the factory shop on the same carpark :D

I brought a kit today and made some. But wanna get an adjustable board as my board seems short compared to some plus i need to move it to do more patterns but I might wait and see before I spend more money on them. Lol. Xx

Bit squiffy tonight, first time I've had a 'proper' (ie - more than 1) drink and I've only had 2! Was the rum beers I talked about on the other post, 12% in 2 bottles. Heee :D
