How are you all doing lovelies? I'm not too bad, went out this morning in size 26 jeans that fit comfortable with no digging or tightness :party0011: New bra's have the booby doobies lifted where they should be too so all good!:banana dancer::banana dancer: a STS for me this week though, but I'm happy with my NSV of being out in size 26 jeans :D

Typically they're green and I bought them for Christmas - might have to go down a few sizes for that now ;)

Awesome work on the jeans! And boo! to the scales. But who needs them when you have NSV's to get you througH!

Loving the green jeans. I was so sad when my green jeans got too big (stupid thing to be sad about, but I was!).
 
I'm experimenting more colourwise as I lose weight I find. Not just boring indigo jeans or black trousers. Got a pair of bright turquoise jeggings that I love too. It ust be the confidence improving :)

I'm also getting old I think - I've got about 4 pairs of cords in varying colours :D

These are the boobs I started with (though the pic is from a couple of years back) - thankfully things have improved now!

I know what you mean - it's scary, isn't it? I was nervous before I posted my update photo on my thread. But anyway - lovely to 'meet' you!
 
N'aw shucks loves, Thank you :) I don't like posting pictures of me, there's nothing of me on my facebook other than as a kid if I'm honest (other than one carefully planned selfie under a slanket where you only see my face from a couple of years ago. I pathologically hate being in front of a camera and you've all made me feel easier about sharing pics, thank you :) I had to do it a/ to get out of my comfort zone and get used to doing things i don't want to do for myself and b/ because one day I want to have it standing next to a goal picture to say 'look, I've done it!!!'. (perhaps one sitting down wasn't the best place to start though :D ) It'll be a while but it's coming!!! Mark my words :)

[PS: Got hooked on another show. In three days I've watched all of S1 and I'm just starting my 6th ep of S2 of Call The Midwife. Didn't expect to enjoy it but wanted to watch it all the same - it's great! :) ]
 
I love call the midwife. I have the books but still not read them - I have so many books to read! !

I don't have many pictures of me on fb. I hate having my picture taken. Although I do have some from my wedding which I don't mind. Xx

I hate having my photo taken too, but it is good to put a face to a name.

I hardly have any photos of me on my facebook page since my wedding in 2011 when I was a size 18.

Like everyone else, it's good to put a face to a name.

I'm such a photo junkie (as anyone can see from my diary!) So I never really got it, until the boyfriend. I hate him seeing photos of me at my biggest.

Hi lovelies, I'm not too bad ta. Been quite busy with mum and doing work for the course - only have half of unit 4 left (which is more like what I'm doing now - it' weight management, got to put together an (at least) 6 week management plan for someone trying to lose weight - not too shabby :)

Glad your course is going well, and I agree its to hot. I am getting little mans paddling pool out when he comes home from nursery and going to stick my feet in it! xxx
 
No thunderstorms as yet (or none that I've been awake through so I'm not sure :p) , Jules you've got the right idea about the paddling pool. Woke up very sticky this morning, very uncomfortable feeling.

The course is doing well, only unit 4 has really been any "good" in which I mean that it's reflective onto what I'm/we're doing (Weight management). Handed unit 4 in last night so now only one unit left down (Eating Disorders) then all done :)

Struggling a little calorie wise if I'm honest, keep having to have eat 'naughty'ish treats to get the calories up where they should be as I'm limited appetite wise because of the heat.


How are you all? :)
