15 stone to 14 stone support

Well done :) I'm yet to move down a stone range it's killing me that I haven't, must feel good! Xx

i started at 20.5 stone so have moved down a couple of groups, which is a great feeling, but i just seem to be stuck well and truely in this group at present, been here for weeks!
 
Wow, you've done brilliantly already! Are you varying your diet enough?? Sometimes if you keep eating the same things your body just gets used to them. That slimming eats website is really good for some inspiration xx
 
Have started to vary my lunches a bit more and am trying the lemon juice thing that someone mentioned on another thread. Shouldn't moan as averaging 1 to 2lb a week, but got about 2.5 stone to go so want to keep it moving!
 
That's brilliant still! It's taken me 3 months to lose 10lbs (and I put 1 back on last week!) so you're doing fantastically. I want to lose 3 I think, I've never really been below 14 in my adult life so not sure of where I want to get to! Im hoping exercise is going to make me lose quicker as I really wanted to lose it before sept, which seemed do-able when I started in feb, not so much now :(
 
Ive joined this group tonight :) start sw last week at 16st 0lbs now 15st 10lbs, hoping to be in the 14s in 5-6 weeks :) fingers crossed for earlier than that lol ;)
 
My little boy is much better now but can't say the same for the diet. This is going to be a tricky weekend got lots of socialising to do . Think it's damage limitation this week lol
 
I lost the 1lb I put on. So back to 15.03 if I absolutely hammer the exercise and rigidly stick to plan maybe I can be out next week.... Oh I hope so!!!

Hello lyndzi. Other people have come over from a VLCD and after a week or so settling in, lost loads. I am sure you'll do great at SW.

Charl. VLCD = very low calorie diet! Not something I could manage, coz I love fooooood :)
 
I thought low calories was really bad for you? As your body goes into starvation mode? Oh well, I definitely couldn't not eat food, sounds awful. Good luck with SW XXX
 
Hey, didn't lose (or gain) last week as it was 'star week', but this week I've lost 4lb, so I guess next month I just need to be patient and know it will come off the following week!
I'm 5 weeks in and yeah I'm tending to eat the same thing, but happy with that at the moment. My fav treat is a huge bowl of strawberries with a pot (30g) of choc philly (4.5 syns), scoop a bit of philly on tip of folk then stab the strawberry lol, it's like choc cheesecake, bit thick for dipping, very very nice :D
 
Thinking its going to be another STS this week as sneaky weigh is showing no movement so weigh in monday not looking hopeful. Think maybe i need to go right back to basics and also do some good planning this week! :-(

try melting it for 10-15 seconds in the microwave and then dipping the strawberries. Yum x
 
Right, in anticipation of a not to good weigh in on monday i have done some planning ahead! Ive made, jellies, mousser and roulades to snack on, planned a 2 week menu and done a two week shop. So going to make a determined effort to be in the 14's in 4 weeks,fingers crossed!
