YAY was going to start one of these if someone else didnt soon :p. Am just in 15 stone with 15.13.5 but its great. Will get my club 10 next weigh in and then down we go further aiming for 3lbs this week which is perfectly doable :D

Mind if i join you all? i hit 15.11!! and have never ever been that size.. so on the 31st March i started again lost 5lb so far which i know is a one off for week one but as long as its coming off i'll be a happy bunny..

How on earth do i save this group? i've posted a few times today but have no idea where they are or how to find them lol

Can I join? Hit 15.12 last week and 1lb more and I will get my half stone award, hoping for this on my Tues WI, have tried Scan bran for the first time this weekend and been 100 % on plan for the whole week, saved all my syns today just to have a malteaser bunny (8 syns) Been a hard week though and I hope it gets easier !

I'm on green and have a quite severe addiction to mushy pea curry.
Wow thats different .:D
I'm doing alternate red & green days or more green depending on how i feel.. I plan ahead too with my meals

Am an EE girl myself. Green days make me fell ill and i struggle with dinner/tea ideas on red days. Would like to mix it up a bit and do more red days though if anyone has any ideas? Not even remotely fussy about what i eat so all suggestions welcome :)

Great, a group I belong to! Am 15'8, and on green. x Weigh in for me is on a Tuesday. Have been pretty spot on this week, so hopefully will see a decent loss tomoro...famous last words!!!

have just worked out that my target set for my August Holiday means I need to kep a steady 2lb loss every week. EEkkk!!!!

I know my club ten is a sure ire for next week :D. Its reat not been under 16 stone for well since last september. I'm oam so motivated atm, just focusing on shifting the weight and being able to feel more confident. My bosy shape is changing and i look better so its helped my confidence a fair bit. Though im still not uncovering its going in the right direction.
