Welcome to the Century Club. Best tip? Don't be swayed - by anyone or any occasion. You are doing this for you. Drink your water, have your packs and make no additions. The first few days rest as much as you can, keep yourself occupied with light things like computer games, word association on here, facebook, etc And believe in yourself :hug99:

cant offer you any advice on lipotrim but good luck just off for my 1st gym session of fitness regime so touch daunting as well spent 30 misn trying to find where my gym card has layed unused for best part of a year ^^ but you have made the right choice so dont worrow to much about friday look forward to it

Hi Sarah, i just wanted to day good luck with your weightloss. My tip would be to make sure you drink plenty of water and keep yourself busy!! x
good luck, it's hard but the results will be so worth it!!

I find lots of water and cups of tea helps fill my tummy when I'm hungry and as someone else said find something to distract you on bad days.

Weekends for me are always worse.

Hi there and :welcome2: I have a similar amount I want rid of myself. A tip I'd give is if you do LT do whatever you can not to cheat cos it soooo much harder the 2nd, 3rd or 50th time lol. Good luck xx

thanks everyone!!! I'm feeling very positive on day 4. i am drinking gallons of water and endless black coffee. already i think the psychological part of me is active!! Only day 4 and i'm already convinced my jeans feel looser and i'm finding myself moving around a lot more. awesome.

unfortunatley Lyn, i know what you mean as this is my second time on Lipotrim!! first time was an amazing success but my greedy gremlin reappeared. banished forever this time.

well doen sarah keep up the good work just wish my calorie counting would e working better atm but eating a lot better and hitting the gym hard so got to be good for me :)
