155lb to lose

So today is day 1! 155lb to lose! I don't mind losing super slow as long as it's heading in the right direction :)

Breakfast:
Coffee with sweetener & 1/3 hea
Toast HEB with beans mushrooms and onions.

I have 149lbs to lose and only 6 have been lost so far! Stay strong, it will be worth it. Maybe you could write a list of why you want to lose weight? That's been a good way of really thinking about your motivations :)

That's a great idea! I'm re joining slimming world tonight for a fresh start. I'm fed up of feeling like this now x
