Congratulations. That is fantastic. I've just joined the site. I've been on and off slimming world over the years and am brainwashed into the red and green days. The new extra easy throws me off balance completely and I find it hard to comprehend that carbs can be eaten with protein these days, lol. Have you followed the extra easy diet? If so that's surely proof that it works. Well done.
