Oh spent alot of time googling jellies as PP last nite cos had serious cravings! :) Had 70g for 4 PP which is approx 12 jellies. Well worth it. Yum. :)
 
I threw out packet-put them in container instead. But googled them. Theyre gluten free....??
 
Oh my God. I've had some couple of days. My cooker exploded on me Friday nite, went out last night for my friend's birthday/engagement party, updated itunes on laptop and on iphone and ended up wiping my whole phone! and then had a very lazy picky day today......

Goin to West Cork on Tuesday and am totally broke so cooker will have to wait til i come back from W. Cork. Microwave & George Foreman til Tuesday.

Last night was a fantastc nite out. Really good fun. Well needed. :)

Today-the only thing productive i did was walk to my friends house for my car this morning. My sister and her boyfriend called to see my house aswel. Wasn't hungover-just needed to switch off for day(And fix my phone!). Clearly the nice combination of Corona, Coors, Champagne, Gin & Tonic, Vodka & Coke and Sminoff Mojitos doesn't cause a hangover! Don't ask-crazy nite! :)

But points went out the window completely and to be honest ill be finishing up any food that will go off otherwise while in W.Cork combined with eating whatever can goin George Foreman or Microwave until Tuesday means it mite not be a priority until im home.... Ill try and be good.... :)
 
so ive been completely off track the last few days. think its a combination of everything-cooker breaking and not being able to afford to fix it/replace it, not sleeping properly, being worried about work. also bcos cooker was broken and i came home to my parents tonite for 10days i was trying to empty things in fridge that wud go off and combined with only having microwave and george foreman it wasnt always healthy.

And then once id started being bad, it just snowballed and i kept goin including serious binging! :(

But im home now and need to be good. it will involve alot of preperation as ill be up and down to hospital to my mam while shes in but i need to get back on track....

Also a friend put up photos on facebook of sat nite out and apart from one (theres always one where im drunk/talking while photo being taken that looks awful) im actually really happy with how i look. i always think a photo is a real judgement of how i look.

I changed my photo on here to try and give me some motivation. The old photo i had up was one i hated and it was what kickstarted me loosing weight this time cos i hated how i looked in it but instead im now doin the opposite and trying to show myself how good i can look when i try....

So im gona try and get a good nites sleep and start well tomoro but thurs WI is not gona be good....

I think it's a lovely photo, being kind to yourself is definitely a good thing.

Here's to getting back on track lovely, I'm struggling as you know but we'll get there. Motivational February woowoo!x

Yep, new motivation, new plans. Gona sit down tonite and plan thru food for next few days including what to bring to hospital with me to eat so I'm not picking.

Ok so WI- down 3lbs!! WTF?

Seriously. Had really bad week....

I'm weighing in at parents home but compared my mams scales to mine before and hers was weighing me 2lbs heavier so it says 10.5 so I took it that on mine I'd be 10.3. That's why I compared them in first place so I wud be able to WI down here without doubt.

So I'm gona take it as divine intervention and go with it.

1 stone to goal weight!!! :) Now that's exciting!! :)

Thanks hon. Ya I guess at the end of the day, u hav to listen to ur body some bit. mine Clearly led the way this week.
Ya really motivated now cos it was a positive shock and I can start counting down now that only stone to go.
My mums ok. Op tomoro on her hand but had to go in few days early as she had to come off her meds and be monitored. Just had dinner and back for evening visiting hours now. :)

Thanks honey. Ya very exciting. Count down is on. Really spur me on for this week. Says me who just had dinner out Inbetween visiting hours for my mam and had lasagne and chips! Oh well! It was yum and my pts did reset today. :)
