Feeling a bit low today as I have gained 3lb this week. I was just browsing the site when I came across your photographs and wow what an amazing transformation, you look fantastic and you have inspired me to get up brush myself off and get straight back to it.

You'll find ever 7 pounds may be another major change in some of your body parts. That's how it felt for me.

I lost 9 stone 5.5 pounds in the last 2.5 years. A further 4 pounds to lose for now. Most recent losses showed the most dramatic changes in the look of my body and my clothes sizes. Tops went from XXXXL to now mostly M or even S! But up until about 4 months ago I was mostly wearing L tops.
