1st time in 6 weeks

    Hi everyone
    as the title says
    1st time in 6 weeks and im starting to struggle
    just woke up this morning very hungry
    only usually have a banana and a black coffee
    so just wondering why i feel like this
    I had a sneaky peak on the scales this morning and im still the same
    weigh day is 1st thing saturday morning so i know ive got 3 days yet but i have to say are these tablets actually working
    ive had no side affects so far
    and lost 1 stone 7lbs
    but lost 1 stone with slimming world alone then started the tablets 3 weeks ago
    probably just having a bad start to the day
    hope everyones having a good weeks so far.

    Exante TS was using Xenical and eating low fat and low cal. Exante baby!!!
    If you're following both sets of rules, then the Xenical works.. not everyone has the side effects that Xenical can give you, even if you eat out of the rules..

    I only had a few headaches and tiredness at the start, I've had nothing else.

    There are some weeks, when no matter what we do, we don't loose anything, at some point in all diets you will be plateau, but I wouldb't dwell on that hun, sometimes the worrying can make things a lot worse.

    Breakfast was one of the hardest things for me to, I never ate it.. breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it kicks starts your metabolism, and you're aren't having a very good breakfast hun... If it's hard for you, try a small bowl of cereals or replace breakfast with a youghurt and berries or use a shake, it really is important..

    Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper ;)

    Try not to worry too much, Violet is right, you need a good breakfast as it kickstarts your metabolism.
