this is my 5th day on the cd head is just starting to settle mouth is like s***e dont feel hungry but still want to eat if u get me, get weighed tom evening, dont feel any different in terms of "skinnier" but ever the optimist lol. Congratulations to everyone though u all seemed to have nailed it:clap:

Only -2lb this week, grrrrr.

Followed -2lb with a -6lb last time so hope for a big one next week!

Ticket 'lb to go' is now under 100! A nice little boost.

Hi Sarah, I felt exactly the same as you yesterday, mouth felt awful, headache went and didn't feel hungry at all! Today is day 6 for me...got my first WI on Monday xx
