1st week weigh in!

Woke up this morning like it was Christmas! Couldn't wait to get to those scales for my first weigh in! Well my thousandth if I'm honest! I have officially lost 12 pounds!!!!! Over the moon..... Whoop Whoop!

Strange thing is, i don't feel very different in my clothes, sure, things are a bit looser but just not the same as when I've lost a stone before? (I know it's not a full stone)

I'm still going through peaks of ketosis energy bursts and then real energy lows. I've been walking a couple of times (about 2 miles) and been ok, I wonder if it would be ok to do something more strenous in week 2?

With exercise just listen to your body and stop if it tells u to x

You will notice over the next week or 2 your clothes being bigger so don't worry x
 
Excellent start!

I am made up my jim jams are looser :) cant wait for in a couple of week when I have gone down a full dress size (or 2)

I am having the same highs and lows, I am going to start working out in the morning when I have a real high.
