Ok not strictly 1st week, I started on monday as the weekend was a friend reunion. So no point starting then and I have my weigh ins on a thursday. On my 4th day (drum role please) i have lost 8lb which i am obviously very pleased with. Doing stage 2 as i have a bmi of over 40 and the idea of not eating anything will take some getting used to. So heres to next week.
