1st weigh in an hour!

    Hi

    I'm having my 1st weigh in tonight (CDC been away for 10 days) so I've been on it for 10 days.

    I weighed myself when I got home and my start weight was the saem on mine and my CDC scales so that's good to know.

    I weigh myself 1st thing in the morning without clothes and then again in the evening dressed and I know my weight fluctuates 4lb during the day in cluding addition of clothes. So I'm expecting the CDC scales to say 16st 7lb tonight. Which is fine as I know it'll be 16st 3lb when I get up in the morning.

    I'm off plan for a week from next Friday while I'm away and ideally would like to be in the 15s so any weight I put on will just take me into the 16s and not back to the 17s!!

    So come Saturday mornnig I'll be on those skacels nekkid and breathing in praying for good numbers!!
