Losing 10lbs is fantastic, well done. Just think if you hadnt been doing packs or even ww or sw you wouldnt of lost that much.

but i was exercising so hard :( pushing myself hard and only 10lbs, okay to be honest i'm over the moon

How much did you expect to lose? 10lbs is really high, I know you see some people losing nearly a stone in the first week...

But anything from 6 - 8lbs is the norm really

i was expecting biggest loser results like 16lbs and stuff lol, nah i am actually pleased with my results :)

Not sure we ment to exercise loads while on this, as it can upset your body water/salt balance and other stuff that keeps us alive! lol
