hi saddia, in the first week drink lots of water and stick to it 100% and youl see a huge loss which will set your mind in the right frame, positive for the rest of the diet, youl get to your goal in no time. im in week 2 now, so far so good, my first week was totm but i was still pleased with 7lb so im hoping t match it on monday!
