The weekend was very testing but managed to get through it. More determined than ever now.

Have just had my 2nd shake - Caramel. Lush...tasted like Butterscotch Angel Delight.

Am going to have a lean pork chop for dinner with some onions. At least H2B won't be too suspicious of this dinner. He can have potatoes....me not a big fan.

Have told no-one that I am doing this diet apart from the chemist where I got it.

have you tried getting some sugar free sweets to suck on theyll stop your mouth getting so dry
