Many thanks four your congrats on my great 1st week loss. Unfortunately(!) things have gone pear shaped since then. Life intervened so back to the drawing board again. Must admit to considering changing over to Lighter Life to get the counselling. Can cope well until after my evening meal when I cant seem to stop craving food.
I know I'm not the only one to get this problem. Have thought that avoiding food altogether for a while would help me stop the obsessing. Am waiting for the LL counsellor to get backin touch with me so will decide what to do after the info session.
Does anyone else find the CS shakes too sweet and the soups too salty?
