Im abit disapointed weighed myself today 2nd weighin and STS ive been really good all week and been on the treadmill and had a good go at it the only thing i can think of is i had chinese last night even thou i stayed in my points its the only reason i could have stayed the same not happy bunny today :sigh:

i've noticed you've been doing alot of exercise you've probably put on quite a bit of muscle mass thats all :)

yea i was thinking that i feel like ive lost inches so atleast thats 1 thing going to take measurments tomorrow so can monitor that
