    I have lost just over 7lb :). I am very happy, to loose that much.

    It gives you such boost of motivation when you get on the scales and see the result of your hard work ;).

    Hi Fatfrog
    It is going really well I have lost further 4lb last week. My next WI is tuesday night. I cannot believe it but I actually am wearing trousers today that I could not fit in for over year. I am still going to gym and have my small meal of chicken or fish in the evennig with veg or salad.
    How are you doing? Hope that you are coping well. I find it very easy now that I do not have to worry about what I can or can't eat during the day and weight loss is great ;).
