Have decided to make 2 my magic number !
I'll make sure I have 2 hex a & b
I'll run/walk on my treadmill 2 miles per day Mon - Fri
& burn off 200 + calories
Have 2 pints water
Loose 2lb each week
Any one else have magic numbers ? X
What a great idea - although i must admit that 2 - would work for me - so may we share it please?
1. Have my 2 healthy extras a day
2. Walk dd to school and back twice a day
3. Do the walk with the 2 largest hills to school and back everyday
4. Have atleast 2 cups of Green Tea a day
5. Lose 2lbs a week
