my understanding is that you have to have all 3 shakes(women 3 men2)
the regular weight losses are associated with being in ketosis. if you eat you wont be in ketosis and therefore not burning up fat. i am sure someone might be able to explain it more clearly!!
it's a total food replacement programme, so therefore no food is allowed until you get to your goal weight. If you look up the lipotrim website there is an online video, the same as we all get from our chemist. This will give you most of the information you need to decide to start, it only takes 20 mins to watch. Best of luck
If you want to lose weight in the quickest, safest way, then you follow the total meal replacement...(3 shakes a day for women, 2 shakes a day for men) plus gallons of water/black tea or coffee...AND THAT IS ALL!!!!! If you want to lose weight slowly.........go the other route. I know for me, I wanted the quickest results, found it totally great that I didn't have to measure/cook anything for myself, so it was SO easy. No hunger, after the first 10 days or so.....
