In a bid to help my weight loss this year i have decided to keep a diary! Hopefully this will help as have been struggling from since i can remember.

Breakfast - 9
Egg custard 9

Lunch - 11
Mushroom & feta fill tart 11

Dinner - 9
40g pasta 4
2 ww sausages 2
30g ww crane fraiche 1
1 tsp curry paste 2

Total 29/29

Im trying to lose the 2 stone I gained since august. Hopefully will lose an extra if I am lucky :D
 
Thank you! There always seems to be something that gets in the way so I'm determined this year! Im trying to exercise too which should help. Currently i'm 176 would love to be 150....fingers crossed!! Will be weighing in on a Thursday lunchtime i think so will keep you posted x

I also ran for 40 minutes, am quite slow but managed to cover 6.5k when I measured it on mapmyrun.

Thanks Brpna! If you go on mapmyrun.co.uk you can "draw" your route and it tells you have many miles or km's you done - it's really good if you run to help motivate you!
 
I use endomondo on my phone to track my runs. I can only manage 5.73k at the moment.

190g Turkey Mince - 5pp
100g Kidney beans - 3pp
1/2 pack chilli spice mix - 2pp
mush, peppers onions, chopped toms - 0pp

Am supposed to be going for a swim at 4pm, not really feeling it, but fingers crossed I find the motivation to go!

First day back at work today after a week off - good for getting back into the routine but means I have no desire to do any exercise when I get back!

I also dont feel like excercising when i get home from work. Lately I find it difficult to get up in the morning and want to go to bed as soon as I get home. Im determined to shift this weight now though so I am having to force myself to get moving :)
