    Well done on the loss Sawyer. I start IVF with meds on next cycle. I am trying to avoid what the side effects are otherwise I will convince myself I have them before I get them if it makes sense!
    Due to my endometriosis, my ancient age (38 now) and only one battling ovary it was straight to ivf. Hope your fertility drugs get you some success x

    Oh wishing you all the best! I've been on clomid for the first time this week which has been a pretty rubbish experience! Mood swings and tears a plenty! Very overwhelming! But fingers crossed for us both!

    January 11th 2017 - WEDNESDAY - off

    Today has been a bad day. Anxiety and insomnia from my meds! Not good.

    Was up having a snack at 2.30am because I couldn't sleep. I'll write down what I had but not counting syns or anything.

    BREAKFAST at 2.30am

    • Muesli with milk
    • Slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter and ham
    • 2x after eights
    Still didn't sleep at all. Got up at 7am again

    2nd BREAKFAST at 8am

    • Sprinkling of cheese on 2 wholemeal bread with ketchup
    • Cheese and onion Squares
    LUNCH at 12pm
    • 2x chickens drumsticks
    • Quavers
    Had a nap from 1pm to 3.30pm.

    DINNER at 7pm

    • Roast beef
    • Roast potato cubes
    • Roast parsnips and carrots
    • Cabbage and mange tout
    • Gravy
    Needed a project to keep my awake so made a roast which I was meant to do sunday but was feeling ill! It was lovely! And mainly SW friendly!

    DESSERT

    • Cookie
    Also had about 30 million cups of tea. Feeling so tried and drained, anxious and just in a bit of a mess. Last day of meds tomorrow so fingers crossed this all settles down!

    January 12th 2017 - THURSDAY- off sick

    A little better, but glad I took another day off. Still not sleeping!

    HEX - 125ml milk, 15g grated parmesan
    HEXB - 40g oats
    SYNS - 16 - oops


    Breakfast - 7am
    • Porridge made with half milk/water
    • Strawberries
    • Coffee
    Was up super early and was hungry again by 9am

    2nd Breakfast - 0900 - 4.5
    • Nature Valley popcorn bar (4.5)
    • Tea
    Managed to drag myself out to Asda. Felt a little bit brighter after.

    Lunch - 4
    • Salmon fillet
    • Asda Good and Balanced Chickpea and spelt (2.5)
    • Rocket salad, tomatoes and cucumber
    • Balsamic vinegar
    • Liberte honey yoghurt (1.5)
    • Tea
    Dinner - 2
    • Pinch of Nom Chicken Milanese (2)
    • Pasta with tomato basil sauce with parmean on top
    • Rocket salad, tomatoes and cucumber
    • Balsamic vinegar
    Dessert - 5.5
    • Tunnocks teacake (5.5)

    Feeling a little better again, weird dreams and woke up early but that's ok. I was asleep by 9.30! And that was with 20 min nap on the sofa at 7.30pm!

    HEX - 125ml milk, 15g grated parmesan
    HEXB - 2x wholemeal bread
    SYNS - 14.5


    Breakfast - 2
    • 2 soft boiled eggs
    • Toast soldiers
    • 2 tsp Bertolli light (2)
    • Nectarine
    • Coffee
    Lunch - 2
    • Salmon fillet
    • Tilda rice and black beans (2)
    • Rocket salad, tomatoes and cucumber
    • Balsamic vinegar
    • 2x clementines
    Dinner - 1.5
    • Scottish Slimmers Venison sausages (1.5)
    • Aubergine and lentil bake with Parmesan
    • Steamed broccoli
    Dessert - 6
    • 1/2 kitkat and 1/2 cookie (6)
    • Tea
    Snacks - 3
    • Apple
    • Chicken leg
    • 20g mixed seeds and fruit (3)

    HEX - milk in 1 coffee and 1 tea, smoked cheese
    HEXB - 40g oatmeal
    SYNS - 10.5


    Breakfast - 1.5
    • Oatmeal pancakes
    • Liberte honey yogurt (1.5)
    • Raspberries
    Got out for a good long walk this morning, and ended at a wee cafe for a treat!

    Lunch - not counted

    Shared this with my husband!
    • Haggis and cheese Panini with side salad (no dressing)
    • Cauliflower and smoked cheese soup
    • Slice of chocolate cake and tea
    No idea on syns but it was after a good long walk with steep hills so definitely burnt off a lot! It was delicious!

    Dinner - 3
    • SW onion bhajis with yoghurt dip
    • SW chicken korma
    • Saffron rice
    • 2x popadoms (3)
    Dessert - 6
    • 2x mini caramel wafers (6)

    Woke up early again!

    1st Breakfast - 0630 - 2
    • 20g slice wholemeal toast
    • Tsp Peanut butter (1.5)
    • Tsp Raspberry jam (0.5)
    • Cup of tea
    2nd Breakfast - 0930 - 3
    • 2 soft boiled eggs
    • 40g of wholemeal toast
    • 2 tsp Bertolli light (2)
    • Ketchup and a drizzle of Sriracha (1)
    • 2x Satsumas
    • Cup of tea
    Lunch - 2
    • Salmon fillet
    • 1/2 pack micro Wholegrain rice (1.5)
    • Steamed brocolli, mange tout and sugar snap peas
    • Drizzle of sweet chilli sauce (0.5)
    Snack
    • Apple
    • Nectarine
    Fell off the wagon tonight. I don't know what's wrong with me!

    Dinner - kajillions
    • Nandos
    1. Chicken wrap with avocado
    2. Chips
    3. Garlic bread
    Dessert - 5
    • Mint chocolates (5)
    • 2 glasses of Prosecco

    My scales DNt seem to be moving much either this week. Horrid when haven't cheated think it's time for more ssssssss foods

    Met a friend I hadn't seen for 18 months for lunch! Chose healthy options, estimated syns and not worrying about it!

    • Halloumi salad - halloumi, squash, romaine lettuce, pomegranate seeds and fennel (no dressing)
    • Flat white (3)

    • Chicken, mushroom and pea risotto with Parmesan (2) and 2 heck sausages (1)
