2 stone to lose!! Help needed

Hi everyone

I recently lost 3 1/2 stone and have another 2 to go but am stuck! :confused:

I go to the gym every day every second week as I have my little boy the other week and have been cutting back on the amount of food I eat as well as what I actually eat but the weight is not coming off at all

Any tips appreciated

What kind of portion sizes do you have? do you skip meals, like breakfast?

Not eating can cause your metabolism to slow down, slowing or stopping your weight loss. There might be loads of reasons - stress, not sleeping as well, water retention and the like.

Has anything changed in the time that your weight loss stopped? Obviously my advice is only coming from another member, but I'll give my opinion if I can/if you want it!
