Hi, I've lost about 2 stone in 6 weeks on SS. So I think depending on how much you have to lose 6-8 weeks would be the norm.

I lost 21lb in 4 wks on SS then moved up steps so it slowed down but I want to keep it off.

I'm on wk 10, step 5 & 31lb lighter weighing in at 8st 13.

Last time I did it I lost 2st 1lb in 3 weeks- my CDC said I had her highest 1st week weight loss of 17lbs in 1st week!! This was last August- I'm now on day 3 and have already lost 8lbs (I can't help weighing myself everyday)

I've lost 26lb in 6 weeks. 2 weeks on SS and 4 weeks on 810. I didn't think it would be possible as I've tried every diet going but this seems to really work for me. Good Luck!! x

My mum lost 18lbs her first week, 4 lbs second and then 6lbs third. Shes now got a pattern of sts, -1, -1, -7. This is on step 3, so really anything from 3-8 weeks would be realistic x
