I've got some xls medical on order to give me a boost the first month.

Should be here Friday so will give me time to plan meals and what ever exercise I might be able to fit in.
 
I think it really depends on your metabolism and other factors such as how active you are also play a big part.

Weight loss will normally be quicker at the beginning but then it can tend to slow down once the body has grown used to the lower calories...

There are lots of calculators online which can show predicted weight loss based on calories consumed and activity - I found a good one here: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
 
I'd love to exercise. I'm quite keen to try the HIIT way, 20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week. The only hing that can stop that is my 5 month old. She doesn't like napping during the day...

Before getting pregnant of quite happily exercise for an hour a day, sometimes longer.
