last week i cooked chicken + green peppers in a pan added lots of chicken seasoning was yum!!! tasted just like chicken fahitas (without the wrap) lol! im shocked how much u can actually get out the meal! i struggled finishing it + was stuffed all day! but was delish so not complaining! also once had egg + chicken + spring onion omlette but wasnt a fun purely because i dont like omlettes lol x
 
The chicken and peppers thing is what i have had for 3 nights now lol think tonight im going to try a large mushroom with cottage cheese just for a change , i don't think i have been eating enough though i should probably invest in some scales to weigh the meat x
