2014 is the year i get slim!!!

    Ok so here goes!!! This is day 2 on extra easy. I am following at home and keeping motivated by other peoples success stories.

    I'm going to do a food diary for my own purpose really, so I can read back through my journey and keep motivated through the not so extra easy days!!!

    I done slimming world this time last year after I had my second child and lost 1 sone 7lbs. Still had more to lose but fell off the wagon !

    I'm about 5 stone over weight and really want to get rid of this unwanted flab!!!

    So yesterday I was 100% and had 7 syns

    I have a couple goals I have set myself;

    1 stone by 6 weeks (my daughters christening!)
    3 stone 6 months (family holiday)

    If any one thinks my targets are unrealistic please let me know your thoughts!!

    Good luck, your targets seem fine to me! It's great on here as everyone really helps keep you motivated. Good luck with your weight loss :) x

    Day 2,week 1- 18/02/14


    2x 400g brown bread (HE)
    2x poached eggs with salmon.
    Apple and grapes.


    Jacket potato
    Cheese (HE)
    Tuna & mayo 4 syns

    Quavers 4.5 syns

    Planned Dinner;
    Fry light roast potatoes

    Total syns 8.5 syns
