Autumn I feel desperate once my weeklies start running low ! Can't believe some folk don't use them lol ! My WI day tmrw - can't wait to blow some weeklies tmrw night !! X

That's how I feel! Because I know I can't really use them I'm going mad cos it's all I can think about now! I couldn't cope with not using them at all,I'd be a grumpy cow lol. Soooo jealous of you getting to blow some tomorrow night, make sure you have something good lol

Ohhhh totally need some motivation. Looking to loose 2lb this week so I can hit my half stone but i'm now really worried that i've had such a good loss last week that this week will be terrible. I don't get weighed until Saturday but i'm almost scared to get on the scales to see what they say. I'd be so heartbroken if I put on or hadn't lost. Went to the gym today but so tired hardly put much effort in, 30 mins on the treadmil and 20 on the bike so it wasn't a completely wasted journey - just not of effort was applied!

Hi - know exactly how u feel - but keep reading the posts here - u shd get get loads of inspiration - try to forget last week - I think what u did today was a good workout and will have burnt calories and toned u up - keep on track and keep reading/posting here and good luck!
 
Joanne don't worry 0.8 is a teeny gain! I gain at least 2 at TOTM! Hate it! Bet you'll have a great loss next week !
Jo Kate don't put too much pressure on yourself - if you're doing your best you can't do any more ! Google a photo of one pound of fat and remind yourself how great it is to lose "only" one pound x

Sadly it should now read pledged 19, lost 3!! This is because of my faffing about in jan ! I'm only 3 down from my starting weight not 5 :-( x

I managed a 100% day yesterday...hoping to do same today. Cals for today somehow equal 950 considering it's two shakes, evening meal and three snacks. Ahh well...might help boost as almost like a fast day but without the fasting!

Woohoo! The 2 pound loss is great! Don't feel bad about your faffing in January, you seem much more in the zone!

I figured out I need to lose 2.5 this week just to get back on track for losing a pound a week. Can't see it happening even though I've been 100percent this week so far, but we will see!

Agree with newme763 - a gain of under a pound at totm - will surely lead to a good loss v soon - I know it's tough to stay on plan at this totm but it'll be worth it if u can - good luck for a good few days till Sundat

Don't be sad - we've all been where u are today - but the main thing is u lost 2 this wk - woohoo!! And ur still showing a loss - I put on 2 last week so really do know how u feel but let's just put it behind us eh?
