2014 weight loss challenge

Not at all! Completely my own doing! I've drawn a line under it tho,so fingers crossed for wi on friday lol

I've been away for a few days luckily the ppl I was with aren't obsessed with food like me so even tho' I was eating out - stayed pretty much on plan - then had a few treats on the way home - WHY OH WHY?

So sts the same this week - and back on the merry go round!

i had a cheeky weigh in this morning and i'm looking at a sts this week, i'm just praying it stays like that until tomorrow because i've been so bad this week so would be very grateful for a sts lol

i'm trying calorie counting for a while because ww just isn't doing it for me at the minute! if i sts tomorrow i think i'm 1.75lbs behind schedule, but hopefully march is a better month for me and i can catch up!
 
If you are calorie counting I recommend getting MyFitnessPal app on phone. You can track or find calories in pretty much anything on there :)

Tis quite fun planning out the day as well lol
 
Yeah thats what i'm using, its a bit addictive though lol, i'm trying to plan my day in advance, it seems to work well so far, so fingers crossed!
 
Hehe it is. I am doing Slim Fast but I calorie count alongside as then I can fit more than 3 snacks into the calories if I need them lol

I plan my day out in mornings for something to do. Also have the Runtastic app on phone to act as pedometer as I walk a fair distance morning and evening back and forth from train stations so this measures the cals and uploads into MFP for me.

Hey don't be so hard on urself - it is water retention!! Hopefully u'll have a good loss next weekx

How are you finding slimfast?I remember trying it. Years ago and failing lol.what's the basic rules of it?

I know I say I'll be greatful for a sts,and really its the best I deserve as I should be gaining based on the crap I ate,but part of me is still going to be gutted by a sts lol-some people are just never happy! :p

I did pilates again tonight (have done every night for this week so far :) ) and decided to get tape measure out (meant to wait til weekend for a week of pilates first)

12.5cm more lost! I'm now down 55cm across body since my heaviest at 16st :)

yes this weight loss thing messes our heads up too! I'm doing ok thx - went away for a few days this week - did really well '(for me anyway) until late on the day I was travelling home - can't explain why! so I had a sts this week! Wd like to lose 2.5/3 this week!! hope u have a loss even if it's a small one - will watch out for ur post - good luck!

Well, I lose 0.75lb today, quite happy with it given my terrible week! Means I've lost 8lbs in nine weeks, so I'm just a pound behind schedule. Roll on March!
 
Thank you :) grateful for a loss as I didn't deserve one,so I'll see how I get on next week if I actually stay on plan the whole time! Feels like I'm going in slow motion bt at least its going in the right direction!
