2014 weight loss challenge

well I have gone 4 days off diet and have put on 7.2lbs really mad at myself that is going to take me weeks to lose. I no I have to be careful with my weight as I gain really fast last time it was 3 stone n 6 weeks. But am back on it on Monday with lots of exercise.

Isn't it always the way - quick to gain - painfully slow to lose? I find if I cut back for a few days after a gain I usually lose a pound a day - I have 3 healthy meals - like egg on toast for brekkie - soup/slice bread for lunch - fish or chicken and veg for tea - fruit for snacks and lots of hot drinks to fill me up! Good luck whatever u decide to do - it will come off!!
 
Upndown, sounds like you are doing well with success express, the idea of 2/3 super free scares he yell out of me, I remember I used to struggle with 1/3 lol

Good idea mixing things up a bit, sometimes our body needs it I think, I'm trying to eat more fish this week as I don't think I eat enough. I always meant to try the sw Ferrero rocher when I did sw but I don't think il bother now if they weren't great! Nice that you found some tasty things to eat though :) I've had a lovely weekend. Just wish they didn't go so fast! I am trying to stick to 1350 calories, so far over the weekend I've averaged 1675 but that was because I had a kfc on Friday, I've done plenty of dog walking over the weekend so hopefully that helps too, would love to lose 2lb this week to break into the tens! (Again lol)

It was my mistake with the SW Ferrero Rocher - I used a recipe with syrup - thought it'd taste good but it didn't - also added too much water to the Ryvita!! There's only a few ingredients and I messed it up - I've tried them at class and they were lovely - so don't let me put you off!

On SW they're only 1 syn each not sure what that 'translates' on WW?

Hope u get ur 2lb off - it feels so good getting down to the next stone doesn't it?
 
Just found this thread would like to join please :) My goal is to loose 3 stones by the end of the year I'm going to be 50 in December and would love to go into 2015 being fit and healthy . Thanks x

Know exactly what u mean - but went out in jeans and a shortish jacket today - no wolf whistles lol but no sniggers either and loads of people must have had a rear view!

Woot woo, check you out! Sadly I've been wrapped up like a fish supper as it's been freezing here. I'm really hoping to make a dent in the weight loss by the summer, not that I wear skimpy outfits but even wearing ants hurt without a cardigan or hoody and not stressing about my arms would be lovely lol
 
Allo, sorry not been on since this morning.

The gain was originally 3.4lb Monday so only 0.2lb is a bonus

Love pilates, have had a dvd and a ring for a couple of years

I have all my meals planned for the week and always have soup for lunch celery and blue cheese this week. I really need to eat more veg I don't tend to as they have very little cals and I really struggle to eat my 1450 cals I should have a day. All my days next week are around 800 so still got lots of food to fit in. I am really hoping I can lost the weight in a few weeks don't want to spend summer covered up hiding my body away.

Welcome - u've come to the right place - if u keep posting even on ur low days - u'll get lots of support from the friendly ppl here - I joined at the beginning of the year and have pretty much stayed on track - a few wobbles of course - first time I've been able to do that for years and it's down to this site and the lovely members - good luck!
 
After a weekend at the inlaws I'm really not looking forward to WI on Wednesday.

Good luck - gosh 800 cals is v low - veg would help with that I expect.

I'm all planned in for today, should be a fraction over 1200 cals but then exercise on top will claw some back. Need a few low cal days to counteract the food at inlaws yesterday lol
