I got some HUGE strawberries today which are also incredibly sweet and tasty. Dipped in melted white choc and hundreds and thousands ! Then put in fridge to set. Wow what a treat! And not too naughty ! They're really for the kids but I've nabbed a few lol

Hi KMD, thank you, yes 1lb off today makes a half stone now and that feels good. You are doing great with swapping your treats for fruit I notice. It's something I can't quite do at the moment, if ever :D Got some ww choc caramel wafers to try for 2pp today, yum! x

Ooh that sounds proper yum, what a fab idea newme! I also got strawberries today and I'm about to have them with some custard but your way sounds much better!
 
Hi Autumn - just seen NewMe's like (hello and thanks!) and re-read ur post - and had a thought if ur botherered about yesterday's food?

Could u treat yesterday as a Red or Green day and u shd be ok with the bread and cheese as H Exs with perhaps a syn or 2 for bread? If u were over ur 15 syns yesterday cd u claw them back over the rest of the week?

hiya, I treated yesterday as a green day as I'm going to be mainly doing those and red days as extra easy wasn't really working for me, I was just a bit annoyed that on the first day I didn't get to stick to it 100percent. I'm trying to be kind to myself though, had a really lovely three course meal with my other half today and haven't eaten since because I'm not hungry whereas before I would have been eating since I messed up already, so I'm happy little things like that are changing, it's all a learning curve really. The rest of the week should be on plan so I will see how Friday goes. Feeling really motivated again, I wish I knew wh motivation appears and disappears so quickly!


sammy, woohoo on the half stone! I love reaching mini goals, my next one is to break 11 stone and then after that it's to lose my first stone, feel like it's all taking aaages lol

Great too u cd enjoy a meal out too (we have to live life!!)

Sounds good to me. I need to update mine anyway because I put 3lbs on! I could cry :-( Never mind though straight back on it after a naughty weekend.


Keep your chin up KMD. We're only human and need to be able to let go once in a while otherwise it would be soul destroying. As long as we realise that we just need to get straight back on it, then we're fine. Keep going and I'm sure you can do it this week xx

That's me lost another 3 pounds :) not sure when I last updated as I have been offline for awhile. So I have lost 21 lbs in total so far :).

So u shd feel proud - isn't it great when we're in control of our food and exercise - well done!
 
I've STS this week and I have to admit I'm absolutely gutted. I've worked really hard this week including a 5K run and a 20K bike ride.

I have an implant so don't get a period but have been feeling really stressy and emotional the last couple of days so I'm hoping it's a time of the month type thing and that I'll see the benefit next week.

But even with that reasoning I'm gutted :-(
