2014 weight loss challenge

You are still really close to target you should be chuffed,being off plan could def have been a lot worse!

Yes I'm sure it was worse but cowardly I hid from the scales until I'd had about a week back on plan - then it was down to 5lbs - so I can cope with that!!

Hi - I'm finding it good thx - Simple Start is not that different to SW but I have to keep referring to the book to check things - which is good - it keeps me on my toes!

Like the idea of the change to include pro points next wk (I think) so won't get bored - then (again I think) a choice of having weekly and daily pp's or carrying on with Week 2 will keep things fresh and flexible - so Day 2 and ok so far!! Thx - it's kind of u to check on my progress!!

Hi Upndown, think at the end of your first week, you get your 49 weekly points every week, you can either use them throughout the week or save them all up and use them, say, at weekends, like I do. You don't have to use all of them if you don't want to but some say that they lose more if they use more lol! They can't be carried over to the next week though.

Also at the end of your first week, you can either stay on filling and healthy or change to daily propoints. You are supposed to use all daily pp (when you're on a pp day) and cannot carry them over from one day to the next. You can also be on F&H one day, pp the next. Have you been told how many daily pp you will be able to have or will that be on Tuesday when you go again maybe? xx

I have 7 more SW weigh ins before my holiday so I should get there any more would be a nice bonus I'd be so happy with 1lb a week which would bring me closer to the 10s !!! Is there any way you can pull back some of what you had last night before wi on Tuesday? I don't know enough about F&H to advise you properly. The thing is you will be allowed 49pp from next week for things like treats alongside either F&H or propoints so I don't see why you won't still get a loss this week, it just might not be as much. Have my fingers crossed for you upndown. It's not easy when we are partial to the nice things is it? Hope you have a good day today xxxx

Thanks Sammy - well I can't believe how much I ate - esp on my first WW week - been ok up to now and will try to forego any more treats till WI - must try harder grrrrrr !!

I stuck to the plan yest & ok so far today - got my food planned so fingers crossed - raining here but will be busy so that'll help - how about u? Thx for asking x
