2015 Weight Loss Challenge

Mmmmm chocolate.

Luckily we have none here as stuck at home all week as bathroom being remodelled. Great fun as it's also star week so not too hopeful for a good loss this week as I retain soooo much water each month.

I've had good days every day this week. Stuck to calorie limit on MFP each day except today, had an extra 100cal snack that took me over but hopefully not enough to do much damage on top of bloating.
 
Only 2lb off for me but it's a start I guess!

Updated for me and camplestar.lost five pounds this week,really wanted the 5.5 to take me to a stone off but il take it! Two more weeks of juicing then it's the scary stage of introducing food again and hoping all the weight doesn't go back on again!
 
3/4 of a pound this week but considering it is my star week and I usually gain, am pretty happy with that! Can someone update for me please ?
 
Did any one else watch what's the right diet for you? I think it was bbc. I'm a constant craver! It was nice hearing other ideas than just the emotional one as I always knew that wasn't a fit for me.

I heard people talking about that in work im going to go back and watch it on i player cos it sounded so interesting!
 
I think there is a test you can do on the BBC site which helps you identify what type you are.

It says I'm a constant craver and that intermittent fasting would work for me. I'm prpbs inclined to agree except I found the fast days very hard!
 
Yeah ditto! I can't handle the fast days and I would overcompensate on the normal days, trying to pay a bit more attention to GI numbers now and see if that helps!
 
I'm a constant craver too!! But I don't fancy two days fasting! Weight watchers works for me because I eat pretty healthy and feel full every day and can still have weekend wine!!
