2015 Weight Loss Challenge

Hi January has not been a good month for me so only 1/2 lb down :( . I am still below my sw target but not where I want to be I've also decided to rest my challenge goal ( for now ) to 14 lbs instead of 21 lbs so would really appreciate someone updating that for me thanks . Here's hoping February will be better I don't know why but I always find January difficult I did better during Christmas which sounds crazy . You are all doing amazing well done hope I'll be joining you soon and get the 1lbs going in right direction also may go back to weekly updates . Have a good week x

This dieting lark is so difficult - as u can see from my progress hadn't been good this month! Hope Feb is a better month for both of us! xx

That's actually a phenomenal result and it's only the end of January!!!!
I've weighed myself again this morning and I'm now sitting at 13st 8.6lbs...... I'm now way past the lightest I've been during this weight loss attempt ; seemed to go up and down like a yoyo at the 13st 9.6lbs mark!

Exciting times :D

No loss today. But it's ok. Gonna take it as my scales indicated a gain. I've put them away as they are messing me up and they are obviously not right. Keeping going. Will point everything I eat and weigh in next sat. Everyone is doing so well :) using my summer holiday as a motivation!

Scales can be a terrible thing.... you either think they're the best thing ever or want to smash them up with a hammer :D!

an sts is miles better than a gain I reckon! Nothing like a hol to inspire us!

Yes I used to be obsessed with scales - took years to realise what they were doing to my head (and hips, thighs etc!) use scales much less now and use my food consumption as a my mid week guide - and I'm rarely surprised on WI day!

great when it works out like that! but u must have been good at least some of the time!

If that happens to me I try to take care the following week in case it my naughtiness bites me on the b*m! Here's to another loss 4 u! xx
 
Yeah I was good the other days around it. Tried to under eat calories to counteract. Sneak peek at scales on Thurs showed almost 2lb's gain though so thought all hope had to be gone. Got a naughty day on Weds for hubby's birthday and just made this cake for him so we have to scoff that too. Lol

Well done everyone great cake cat really miss making them but will make one for Easter need to keep my kitchenaid busy as I just don't use it. But need to stick with the diet for the year.

Not been doing that great with the diet last week just seen to be picking at food, stayed the same just felt a little deprived. Still weekends are not that great but found doing a dietbet has been great at making me stick more to the diet and not go really mad I have made my 4%. Need to be good as my weigh in for that will be Mon/Tue. My normal weigh in is Sunday really hoping for 1lbs off this week as that will put me close to losing 7lbs

Scales are bad!! I've been obsessed in the past weighing myself at various times of the day, in various positions.... They are away now for good!!
