2015 Weight Loss Challenge

Been struggling for a few weeks, I've been very well behaved from Monday to Friday but then losing all willpower for the weekends. I haven't gained, but have stayed mostly the same for 4 weeks until today. Really put the effort in over the last week and lost 2lbs finally!

I have the same problem, I tend to do great during the weekdays and screw up in the weekend. Too many temptations.

I know it's not ideal to weigh as often as I do, and normally I'd only update once a week but this mornings 1lb off is a special one as that brings my total loss since March 2014 to 4 stone! :D

Weigh-in for me in the morning...eeeek!

Really hope I have managed a loss. I expected gains the other weeks (and was lucky 3 naughty weeks only totalled 2.2lb gain) but I have been good and even restarted pilates in the evenings so I neeeeeed to see a loss!

Luckily the cm's have been slowly shrinking still even with the small gains.

Hey everyone I've had a frustrating few weeks with little gains and losses and sticking the same. I'be started doing 5:2 which I found really helpful last time I stagnated.

Fingers crossed for a decent WI on Friday.

Been AWOL for a couple of weeks. Went on a week's all inclusive holiday and fell off the wagon. I only put on 3lbs, but couldn't get back into the swing of
weight watchers again for a few week after. Decided that if I didn't do something about it, the weight would start to creep up again, so bit the bullet and started doing the Exante diet, after a friend has had some great losses on it. Started last Wednesday and lost 7lbs in my first week, so over the ion with that, and it gives me a wee kick start. I plan to stick with it for 4 weeks and then decide whether to try and get back on to weight watchers or stick with Exante for a wee while longer.

I think I'm going to do 5:2 in a few weeks as well,Jason vale (the guy who's juicing programmes I follow) has an app where you juice 2 days and eat normally the other five so I think I will give that a go-glad I'm not gaining but a bit bored of sts at the minute!
 
Woohoo I've lost 4lbs this week! So thrilled. Realised I'd been naughty and not put my recent gains on the list so it doesn't need updating.

Going to do 5:2 again next week, another week like this and I'll pop down to the next stone bracket which would be amazing!

That's brilliant,is that because of doing 5:2 for a week?do you weigh after a fast or normal day?
 
Yeah it's doing the 5:2 I find it always gives me a good boost. Although I also did a gym session on Wednesday which is cardio and weights.

I did my fast days Monday and Tuesday and then Wednesday and Thursday were normal.

Going to fast Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Will let you know how I get on.

That's really good progress! I'm trying a fast day today and then I will probably have another one on Wednesday,once you get in the swing of 5:2 it's not too bad,I find it easier when I don't do them on consecutive days but I wish I could do that cos it would be nice to get them out of the way
 
Yeah I definitely prefer to just get them done. This is the first time I'm doing consecutive weeks so it will interesting to see what next week's result is.

I've got 7 weeks till I go wedding dress shopping and I'd like to be at least half a stone lighter. Hopefully fasting will help me get there and some
