2019 ‘one thing a day’ Challenge!

Hey, so in 2019 I’m challenging myself to do at least ONE thing every day to get myself closer to my goal weight by 2020! This could be anything from taking the stairs instead of the lift to doing an active workout, skipping fries for salad, or doing anything at all that my future self will thank me for! Going to try to post daily and not go to bed until I can say I’ve done one thing to get me closer to where I want to be 👍 Feel free to join in if you think it will help you :) *sings* What have you done today to make you feel proud? 🎶
