My addition to June 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1107.6 km this month.

Weight at 198.8 lbs this morning and looking to get to 196 lbs by June 2019.

Resistance level on the exercise bike has been upped a notch.
Was exceeding average daily distance by a decent margin each day.
Expected daily distance will remain as before but with higher resistance and difficulty.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 26 out of 30 Days at an average of 42.6 km on each exercise day.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watts.

Joining in! Target is to continue with c25k consistently. I started June by completing week 3. W4R2 completed today.

Week4 Run 3 done! This time next week is a 20 min none stop run. I think I will manage it just need to preplan the route i intend to take.

A bit of tired effort today although with the upping of resistance not as bad as I believe.
Had a bit of lighter week exercise wise due to being busy and feeling a bit off on another day.
It all counts though.

This time next week is a 20 min none stop run. I think I will manage it just need to preplan the route i intend to take.

Good luck with your run and you seem to have a decent level of motivation to achieve it.
 
I've managed to achieve the lose 5 Stone initial goal set in October 2017.
Had a few bumps along way but it would be too easy otherwise.

Week 5 Run 1 complete today! Fell over in the mud haha not too far from home so not too many people witnessed me hot, sweaty and caked in mud!

Always good to err without witnessess but hopefully just your pride hurt and nothing else.
 
Exercise Bike 64.07 km comprised of triple session today.
Current Distance 406.5 km this month out of 1107.6 km.

An extra session to make up for the missed ones last week.
Just to bring myself back to around the planned hr each day of exercise over the monthly exercise period.
