My addition to June 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1107.6 km this month.
Weight at 198.8 lbs this morning and looking to get to 196 lbs by June 2019.
Resistance level on the exercise bike has been upped a notch.
Was exceeding average daily distance by a decent margin each day.
Expected daily distance will remain as before but with higher resistance and difficulty.
The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 26 out of 30 Days at an average of 42.6 km on each exercise day.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watts.

Current Distance 257 km this month out of 1107.6 km.
A bit of tired effort today although with the upping of resistance not as bad as I believe.
Had a bit of lighter week exercise wise due to being busy and feeling a bit off on another day.
It all counts though.
