Current Distance 668.5 km this month out of 1150.2 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.
Weight at around 203 lbs (14 st 7 lbs) now from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 200 lb (14.28 st)

Current Distance 732.5 km this month out of 1150.2 km.

Missed a session yesterday therefore an extra one today to make up for it.

An extra session today due to some extra snacks etc.
Just kind of balances things out.

On course to get 200 lbs or lower by the end of the month.
Realistically by the end of the month should be within 4 lbs of my original goal.

Just a touch over 14 Stone with a little to go to achieve target.
Will continue with current exercise and diet regime.
18 Months of determination with a few bumps on the road during my progress.

Bit of a senior moment in not adding my activities yesterday.

Current Distance 1121 km this month out of 1150.2 km.

Going to try and just let my weight drop to a stable level.
I'm going to continue my diet and exercise regime without setting another particular target.
My weight will probably settle in time somewhere in the healthy BMI range.

Current Distance 1164 km this month out of 1150.2 km.

That's the monthly goal achieved for this month with a few days to spare.
Probably likely to get to around 1300 km by the end of the month.
Possibility of being near my original goal weight potentially by the end of the month.
