My addition to May 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1150.2 km this month.

Weight at 202.8 lbs this morning and looking to get to 200 lbs by June 2019.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 42.6 km on each exercise day.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watts.

Previous Months

2019) January 1249.8 km, February 1107.2 km, March 958.1 Km, April 1100.8 km

2018) January 1109 km, February 1182 km, March 1246.7 km, April 1279.8 km, May 1216.9 km, June 1123.1 km
2018) July 1097.4 km, August "Ouch", September 355 km, October 972.1 km, November 1165.79 km, December 1142.3 km

2017) December 1070 km, November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.

20,917 km covered from August 2017 up to end Apr 30th 2019.

Can I join please. I failed miserably in April but will be 100% on it this month :)

I am hoping to do the following this month.....

14 X 1 hour Exercise Bike (peddles)
14 X Squats (starting with 10 a day and increasing daily)
10 X Plank and Tummy Crunches
2 X 6 mile Power Walks
18 X 2-3 Litres of water during my work day

I have added my water intake as I am on a mission to drink more water at work, so putting it on here to keep me on track :)

Chubby Ghost you are so good on the exercise bike each day, you put me to shame!

Everyone's welcome to partake in challenge.
Just a case of doing what you can over the month.
We all have different commitments meaning difficulties can arise from time to time.

I just try to manage at least seven hours per week exercise with at least 42.5 km covered each day.

Current Distance 64.5 km this month out of 1150.2 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.

Yesterday was a great day, I managed to do an hour on the peddles, 20 squats and drank 3 litres of water :)
I can tell it's going to be a good month :)

1 / 14 X 1 hour Exercise Bike (peddles)

A little extra exercise due to eating a bit more over the weekend.
A little extra exercise to balance the extra calories consumed.

No exercise yesterday due to feeling a bit under weather.
But back to normality today.

I'm still doing my challenge. I have updated it and taken off the plank and squats as I can't do those at the moment. Everything else is going great though :)

7 / 14 X 1 hour Exercise Bike (peddles)
1 / 2 X 6 mile Power Walks
7 / 15 X 2-3 Litres of water during my work day
