2019 Restart

Sooo in 2017 I lost two stone.I didn’t get to goal.This last year I have messed around with CWP and not really done it at all and as a consequence I have put some weight back on.

I now feel bloated and lethargic and generally a bit rubbish. So I now need to sort myself out and get back on it.

So today I started properly again.....I don’t know how success I will be and maybe I need to try slimming world or something else but I am going to give CWP a good try.

Has anyone got any tips that might help me? I have a 3 year old and seem to spend my time hoovering up his left overs!

Ohhhh it is hard with little people around x last time I literally threw leftovers away to stop temptation and saved my shakes to have while they ate xx
