Had scrambled egg and bacon for breakfast
Salad pork and cheese lunch
Cheese omelette and salad and Mayo
Snack chicken
Would this be ok on induction
As not got books yet?
 
That looks good to me (not that I'm an expert, as have done less than 2 weeks!)

Make sure you get enough greens - which you may be doing with the salad. You need 2-3 cups of A list veggies a day (if 2, then can have 1 cup B list as well)

I would recommend reading Jim's sticky 'So you're thinking of starting Atkins' if you haven't already. I found it very helpful.

Good luck with it all! I'm certainly finding this way of eating so much better than any previous 'diets' I've tried.
 
I would recommend more greens like brocolli - keeps your insides happy and salad isn't enough!
