23 pounds in 20 weeks diary

Feel this is a realistic goal and when I lose this last 23 pound I'll be at target!

Today
Breakfast: 2 slices of thick slice weight watchers whole meal with 3 teaspoons of utterly butterfly

Dinner: boots shapers sweet chilli wrap, salt and vinegar shapers crisps and shapers weight control orange juice

Tea: 18 emperor king prawns, 200g fresh egg noodles and mushroom stir fry

Drinks: NAS juice and 1 coffee with skimmed milk

3 hours walking with the pram

Welcome hun, well done on ur weightloss so far, I try and do alot of walking with the pram is that 3 hrs in one walk? Cas x

yes, i do it 3 times a week, i take my daughter to nursery then go into town which is about 30 minutes then i walk around town, do some shopping, just have a general walk about, then walk back home drop my shopping off then double back on myself to pick my daughter up. i dont drive so i literally walk everywhere. im not speed walking but im still walking and not sat on my bum doing nothing lol.this last bit id going to be harder to get off so i know i have to work extra hard
 
I e had a lot to lose 3 times now, after my kids and the only way it's come off is not snacking and walking loads and loads. I tried the gym it didn't really help I find I just mess about but walking is easy free and so good. I walk as far as I can til I get tired then have to walk back so I'm exhausted when I get home but it feels good. Well I've stuck to my 1200 cals all day, I'm feeling a bit hungry but It's in my head do ignoring it and gonna get some more juice :)

Here are some snacks that are mostly only 100 calories, some even lower that might take the edge of your hunger better than having juice.




-a slice of Nimble toast with a skim of light cream cheese and a couple of slices of smoked salmon, topped with chopped spring onions
-a mug of Highlights or Options hot choc with an Alpen light choc fudge cereal bar
-seven whole fresh apricots... so delicious!
-two large peaches and a handful of blueberries
-1 weetabix with 90ml of hot skimmed milk
-2 fish fingers with a squirt of ketchup
-2 dark ryvita topped with laughing cow extra light cheese and a couple of slices of quorn and chives
-1 entire pint of Hartley's sugarfree jelly with a whopping 260g of strawberries or raspberries!
-1 meringue nest, topped with a big dollop of fat free Greek yoghurt and a handful of berries
-1 rice cake with a boiled egg, or an egg fried in 1 cal spray!
-I slice toasted Nimble topped with half a mashed banana and some grated nutmeg

Aaw thanks for all that!!! I will refer back to these when I'm having a snack very handy indeed. I'm not snacking at the minute because for me I struggle to stop so I limit my eating to my 3 meals for now and once I hit target I think snacks will be a good way to increase calories to maintain.... That's the plan anyway. I tend to drink juice instead of snacking because it makes sure I get my fluid intake ;) will be getting some ice lollies in though I didn't realise they were so low yummy I love ice lollies x

Aw 11 weeks very little. If bf u need more cals don't forget and don't run yourself ragged Hun you have a ting baby!! And a toddler I know what that's like ;) have snacks if u need to just have fruit or something low cal xx

Well done on your 2lb loss, your photos are amazing you should be so proud!

Im combo feeding at the moment so I try to have around 1500 cals somedays more or less, been really good today trying to eat more fruit and saving my other snacks for the evening thats when I need them most, usually have couple alpen bar which are about 70 cals or pack of quavers 88 cals x

My weight gain wasnt from any of my pregnancies I gained the weight in between my first and second babies so working hard to get it off!
 
thanks cas! yeah im really proud, i am just syarting to get the ooh you look really slim comments now which is nice or the 'ooh youve lost loads of weight all of a sudden' but i havent ive lost 3 stone and its taken me 14 months to get it off but this last half a stone has come off quick and its made the most difference in the way i look which is odd, and i know the transformation will be huge with the next stone and a half, it was last time i got down to 9 and a half many years ago. cant wait to see 10 something on those scales!!!

right today ive done 3.5 hours walking and running about after my 2 kids as we went to a wildlife park, then there was the 20 minute walk to and from nursery so ive walked miles today!!! this is what ive eaten

20g of flora light - 56 calories

dinner: chicken salad and a packet of salt and vinegar snack a jacks 357 cals, 3 mini sausage rolls 150 cals, solero lolly 90 cals

tea: spam fritter and half a portion of chips: 49 cals
