Here's how I used my cals today :

Breakfast: Blt 376 cals

Lunch: chicken and veg soup, roll and cheese 540 cals

Tea: chorizo and bacon pasta 588 cals

I'm having a bad TOTM bloat so I'm gonna leave weigh in until next week coz if I see a gain its gonna get me down :/

I'm gonna be good all through the weekend and not have my usual Friday treat so hopefully it'll be a good loss next week :)

I feel like I should be doing more exercise it its too hot abs I HATE sweating so will just have to be good food and water wise and hope it works! X

Wish it was hot enough here to break a sweat walking. It's still windcheater weather :cry: so off for a swim tomorrow. Good luck for your next weigh in - am sure it will work for ya.

I am doing well got my 10 stone over all weight loss this week so I am happy. I know you will have your century club badge before you know it as your doing really well. You must be proud when you see the difference in your pics and scales of course. Hope you are doing well x

So I didn't weigh, there's no point as am super bloated.

Am drinking water like its going out of fashion and I'm going to have 7 super healthy days with 4 pints of water a day to hopefully culminate in at least 2lbs off next Friday. Not sure if I'll make the may challenge but I'm going to give it a good go :)

Breakfast today was fruit and fibre with skimmed milk.

Lunch will be pea and ham soup with a pitta for dipping

Tea will be Cajun chicken breast with salad, potatoes, coleslaw and pitta.

Going out for lunch over the weekend but will chose something healthy like chicken or pork something or other.

Lou lou I'm a champ, I'm gonna get thin and get a tramp stamp.

I'm not really but I thought it was catchy :D x

I lost 2lbs just from drinking lots of water yesterday. Keep up the high fluids and I am positive you will get a great weigh-in.

The same day I joined this site was the day I started my new diet which was the last day in Feb 2012. I had a few setbacks as I had a few operations so was in and out of hospital as I have some medical issues. I will admit I still crave and have fallen off the wagon a couple of times when I have been stressed but we are all human right lol. I have still have about 1 1/2 stone to lose to be ideal for my height.
You will get there before you know it. You have already done really well and TOTM you have my sympathies I always seem to weigh more and hurt really badly when I am on!

I get super painful periods, I'm on meds to lessen the flow and to help with the pain and thankfully they work :) x

That was such an easy meal to make, chicken breast cut into strips and mixed with tesco Cajun spice mix and cooked in the oven for 15 mins. Super quick and really tasty :) xx

I need to re evaluate what I'm doing. To give myself breathing room I am not going to weigh officially until the end of the month. Right now I'm at a stand still. Plus I haven't been shopping :/
Will get healthy foods in and log here everyday so I'm accountable.

Sorry to those who I'm an inspiration to, I'm not very inspiring at the mo :( xxx

hi love i agree with what your saying we are all going to come to brick walls like this but like you said your going to get there its a slow journey for all of us remember its just a number on the scales your clothes will tell you have lost good luck love xx
