Hi Tracey. I'm sorry to hear about your two miscarriages. It is so hard to grieve when perhaps some folk didn't even know you were pregnant and so don't know that anything is wrong.
Can I suggest that you be kind to yourself at the moment? Treat yourself as if you were convalescing. Eat good food every day without thinking about dieting. Make sure you have plenty of vitamins and minerals (especially vitamin B - consider a supplement for a bit) as you've been under a lot of stress both physically with your pregnancy and emotionally with your sad loss. Take really gentle exercise - just a few minutes ambling about in the fresh air. Don't take on any challenges or responsibilities until you start to feel better.
